Klassisk kokt sej med äggsås och broccoli


Bestämde mig för att bli riktigt klassisk idag, kokt sej med äggsås, broccoli och kokt potatis. Vet inte om man brukar ha broccoli till men jag hade lite liggande i kylen som det var hög tid att bli av med. Lätt kokt i saltat vatten till en ugnsbakad fisk med en halvfet äggsås blev de riktigt fint faktiskt.

Och det kan man väl ta som dagens fisktips. Koka inte fiskfiléer hemma, såvida du inte har en rejäl tjock bit, jag tycker alltid att det blir bättre om man bara lägger fisken i en form, saltar och pepprar eventuellet lite citron och så skjuts in i ugnen på 100-150 grader tills den är klar.
Saftig hel och god blir den då. Smaklig lunch.
